This morning we left early for a place called Trstenik where I had not been before. It was a lovely day so everyone was up on deck with the music playing and we even had a swim stop. I actually fell asleep in the sun.
We arrived in Trstenik at about 4pm and Graeme came on board and gave the destination speech for me, because of course I had never been here before. He had a large map, which his assistant Kristina had to hold up for him while he pointed out where we were. I went for a walk to admire the spectacular scenery of the tiny little town of under two hundred people. I could only do this for about half an hour before I had to go back to the boat to take my guests wine tasting.
I walked them all up to the wine tasting place, where Marco the sons owner gave me a free glass of wine and then his father came out and gave me a free bottle of wine with my name written on it and made me this strange creation involving a lemon, rosemary and a marker pen. It turned out to be a lemon with rosemary stuck in it with my name and the name of my boat written on it. Why? No freakin idea.
After the wine tasting there was again happy hour on board the boats, every time I had to walk to my boat I had to walk past Mlini, where Bobo would try to get my attention and Toni would say, Shta Ima? What's that mean? I said. Just say Nishta, he said. Ok, Nishta. It means what's happening. Ok I can live with that. Nishta. (Nothing)
Eventually Graeme left, leaving me in charge of the beach party for the night. It was now up to me to make sure everyone got off the boats and got to the beach party via an organised transfer. I managed this with no problem, however the beach party was just all pulsing dance music which I couldn't stand so I didn't last long and I went back to the boat.
