Buongiorno Famiglia and amici! We are in Rome and thank goodness for that! Barcelona was to much for us. Our excursion to the beach was very interesting. Did you all know that there is no official nudest beach in Barcelona but people are allowed to sunbathe nude so long as they do not cause a scene? Well, I tell you this, there was a scene! The first person we saw nude was an 80 year old woman. How would you like to see Grandma Salamanca sunbathing nakee? The nudity was not issue really, it was the massive amount of people. Every inch of sand was occupied by someone. And the pictures of beaches that we've seen of Barcelona, all lies! But enough about Barcelona; the food in Rome is awesome. Last night we had gelato twice in an hour. They have flavors here you wouldn't imagine. Today we are going to Vatican City, the Spanish steps, and more gelaterias.
