Hey up kids, downloaded recipe for Cambodian Lok LaK and tried it out last night, Phhhhhhhhooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, hot or what!!! Had a small volcano errupt in me head and me lips got frazzled. It was lush though so gonna experiment with other meats and fish. Keep the foodie experiences coming as it is all part of the storey for me. By the way Mini is gone and now cruising with a Citroen C2 1.4 diesel. it's mint man and gettin million miles to the gallon but absolutely no waves...............Hey ho. LOL Me

Hi Pete n Ash, just going through your updated pic's on the slide show while listening to John Lennon on radio,( was his birthday yesterday so playing all his songs!) pretty amazing stuff peter n ash. While your swimming in that beautiful azure sea I'm sitting on me arse like a pot-bellied pig watching great british tv like...coranation street!!! Hmmm. Bet ya deed jealous?? Ya blog's magic man and and I'm very humbled to know that's you two out there doing this. Wait till I tell ya uncle Ronnie who I'm gonna visit in a couple of weeks. I'll be up all night with him remenising about our sea days and telling him all about your travels. Got to agree with ya Ma Pete, that motorbike journey would have been something to behold........Learn from the experience though and don't be affraid to shout up in future!!! Pete, Stinky just gone right through second slide show and seeing the awe in your faces gives me a good feeling inside..............Killing fields however had a different effect. When the slide show got to the point that showed the photos of the skulls it felt as if I had just been put in a deep freeze, my body went like ice. Seriously I felt freezing for the period of time it took the slide show to move on from the photos of the skulls. Creepy man!!! As for the rest of the photos "wow" what a place. Gota take my hat off to you both for getting this sorted and looking forward to more of your wonerfull stories and photos (no more skulls though eh) Love you both stacks XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
