Dearest Abbie
Thank you for the postcard, it arrived last Friday. We were very excited to hear from you. I'm glad you're having a fantastic time. It's been the coldest start to August in 32 years in Ballarat which hadn't been much fun. Look forward to reading more about your adventures as you head south.
Love to your family.

Abbie it looks like you are having a ton of fun at Uluru, Darwin museum, ETC I read the blog on Simpsons Gap I wonder where that came from? I also looked at the Uluru destination and the description was of the event was amazing and I can just picture the pictures in my head.
Bye

Abbie that sound like a great trip. it would have been very hot at Uluru. I've been to Uluru and the Olgas. I agree it was a beautiful view. it took us about 1 hour to do the walk. it was actually too hot for us to climb Ayers rock because it would burn our hands. it was about 45 degrees so I think it wasn't our fault at all. we did go to Cooper Pedy but we drove past before we could do anything. it was so hot so I don't know why you would need a campfire but I guess it's for the camping experience. then we did go up to Darwin just like you did. it was really fun and hot being up at the border. that's all I can say for now, but have a good trip!
