The other day I had Cowboy Crumble for pudding. It was served with cream and ice cream but no sign of custard. Why is there no custard in NZ apart from in doughnuts? It was Apple, rhubarb, cranberry and crumble. I need to devise a Business Plan to present to the CEO of Bird's so I can travel the world introducing everyone to custard.
