Just a quickie, anything to relieve the boredom in work today. Winding down again as are off to Majorca on Saturday morning for a week with chris maya and tate. Keir not coming as cant bear to leave mates and girlfriend. Will kill him if he has a party and trashes my house !!!! If he or any mates read this - take note - you will also be hung drawn and quartered to !!!

Doing lots of fishing !! Have you actually eaten any yet? I really liked Port Douglas a lot. That was the only place I ever saw a red back spider - on our campsite. Never saw any other deadly spiders while in Oz. Saw a few huntsman spiders though not deadly just big and furry and bright yellow and black. Never forget when we first moved to Oz and rented our flat. We borrowed our mates hoover to give it a going over, the carpet that is, as you do, we saw an absolutely enormous huntman on the wall. Panicked didnt no what it was or what to do with it, so yeah as you prob guessed we sucked it up into the hoover then gave the hoover back pronto!!!. Then found out they were not deadly spiders - felt terrible. It was the size of my fist prob bigger. Dont know if you have come accross the sand flies in Queensland they bit chris to death though left me alone. Airlie Beach if I remember was the gateway to all the whitsundays, very transient place full of travellers, nice beaches if I remember correctly.

Hiya both..Glad that you have reached Oz safely and bought a camper so quickly. Send some pics as soon as you can. It's been soooh hot here for a week but it's cooled right down tonight. been moaning about the heat but now I want it back. Never satisfied!! alrite tas and paul sorry for not sending much e-mails, but i have been reading the journal, seems to be goin well so hows the money flow going got any surf in yet? I had a party down the house the other week lol went ok. Made to Oz ok then. Didnt realise you were going to get a van, brill only way to do it! Trains are good though, and cheapish as are internal flights in Oz if I remember correctly.
Get working on the tan thou make sure plenty of high factor in Australia, ozone layer worse than here !!xx
