Dear All,

We are now in Koh Phi Phi after flying into Krabi yesterday and taking the 2 hour ferry to the island site of where the Tsunami hit 3 years ago. There are still obvious signs of devastation but a lot of rebuilding. 2,000 people lost their lives here.

We arrived in the PP Relax Resort early morning and if we thought The Jasmine Resort was paradise, then this is paradise 2. we have a bungalow overlooking the Andaman Sea and the views are stunning. It's our very own treetops location. Electriclty only comes on at 6pm for a couple of hours and it's very remote. There are no roads on this island and everything is done by water taxi.

Snorkelled off the beach today and it was another amazing day. Booked a day out tomorrow with a lon tailboat to Monkey Island and Bamboo Island.

You might not hear from us till Friday now as we have had a change of plan and will be flying direct to Kuala Lumpur from Krabi.

David. You'd have a field day here as wherever you go, people have to take off their shoes and leave them outside.
