Ok, its been two weeks you can come home now! I've had enough!

Glad you guys are having fun.... im having a whale of a time working on spreadsheets and general rubbish i better stop before i make you jealous.
Quick update on CIFC/Sparta.. we won last week 5-2, much improved performance to the 8-0 drubbing the previous week, will keep you informed! Spurs have signed a couple of unknown young forwards which seem ok signings, we are all going WBA tomorrow, fingers crossed we get a good result. Anyway take care people and speak soon!

Hola! Or should I say Sawat di kha!?? All sounds very cool, I'm starting to get itchy feet coz loads of mates are off on travels! Well I don't reckon even a tan is gonna provide much of a disguise to be honest, there's no getting away from your hair love! Hope you had fun on the chaing mai trek... if you're hanging around in CHaing Mai for a couple more nights try and find the Rasta Cafe.. I spent many happy drunken nights on Thai whisky there with plenty of loveable thai rasta dudes and travellers!

Ooh, it sounds like you've had a wonderfull world of adventures already. Ah, trekking in Chiang Mai, it's beauty.. I loved the elephants, I rode on the head and earned the title of Lara (croft) for the rest of the Trek..Yeah, that's right, don't mess ok!! Well keep having fun guys and keep us informed of your adventures. Are you going to Pai then?? You should go, if you do, stay at the good view guest house, they are very hospitable chaps..

Nan is upstairs lying on her bed with a strange man at the mo, he is her new physio-therapist and is accessing her agility (thats a new word for it!).
