Hello All, Just a very quick message to let you know that we have touched down down under and are currently acclimatising ourselves to the Ozzie way of life. Much of this process has consisted of drinking lots of stubbies (bottles) and schooners (bit smaller than a pint) of the native brew and wrapping our taste buds around such delicacies as kangaroo kebabs (delish) and Lamingtons (sponge cakes covered in icing and coconut).
