Hey fella!! you will be gutted to hear that we didnt manage it. We woke up and six and due to traffic and queues we didnt start until nearly ten...... managed to get close by half 2 but then heard there was a huge queue for the dome about a mile from where we were...... doh!!
Anyways just mean that we have an excuse to come back!!!!

Have a great hike up half dome - wish I could be doing it with you.
I'd recommend a refreshing dip in the pool at the top of Nevada falls on the way back down.
