Well arrived on Fridaz into Bern in Switzerland to visit Collette who used to live in Perth. We had a fantastic train trip out to her place, and arrived at 4.30pm. We had a delay leaving Paris because there was a complete blackout in the airport and no planes could leave and we got stuck at Security. It was a delay of about 1 hour. Paris airport was unbelievably busy but found out it was a holiday that day so lots of people travelling. Also the talk all around the airport was about Michael jackson dying, even though we could not understand the language we kept hearing Michael Jackson so we knew something had happened.

Last night we spent catching up on the last 4 years since Collette has been away. We had a fantastic meal, it was nice to have a homemade meal and Collette is a great cook. Today we are off to Bern to have a look around. I am so enjoying our holiday and it is so good to be here with friends.
