Camp quality was pretty good most of the time as I was able to frequent supermarkets regularly and get fresh food. The bike setup enabled me to use the rear topbox as the kitchen and pannier tops (covered with a laminate) as the table. Smoked ham, beetroot mush, cucumber and cheese washed down with a beer.
