The Italian sculptor (creator) was recorded as saying this depicted 'one animal mounted on another'. The Marble Palace has 50 or so different types of marble used to construct the main staircase inside. No pics allowed...sorry! Inside was an art collection representing modern contemporary art. Pretty gross really but nontheless very creative
