Greetings from tropical Sri Lanka! You know its hot (well for a person like me used to temperate climates!) when you start sweating at 1am in the morning as I did as soon as I stepped off the plane earlier this morning! My hotel is right beside the beach in Negombo (about 40km north of Colombo) and I had a lazy day today relaxing in the shade reading books-very blissful! I get to meet up with my penfriend, Chamika, tomorrow which I'm very excited about (we've been writing to each other for about 12 years now). That's it for now. Love to you all, Sonia :-)
