Today we decided not to venture far (after Nik's late night) and it was very very hot so we went to Arab Street and Bugis Street, which are both historic and touristed parts of the city. Day 8 - zoo day! Today Nik had a happy start to the day when it transpired that two of the guys that work here do martial arts, so they've had a good chat about that. Day 5 Today we awoke to an enormous rainstorm so we went and sat outside and watched it. Breakfast here is incredible compared to the last place. There is tea, which makes Hannah very happy, toast, nutella (omg!), peanut butter (Nik needs to bulk up so this is good news) as well as boiled eggs.
