Railay Beach has got to be the most amazing beach so far...Clear Blue Water and White sand..Bliss. Beautiful resorts made me realise it is a honeymoon spot...lol However the 5 minute walk across the island from east coast to west coast takes you to the backpacker spot. this is the side of the island that got hit by the Tsunami and it is evident the money went into the more luxoriuos East coast!! Which was ine as it gave us the best of both worlds during our stay...

Hey guys, So we left Phuket on the 5th January at 7.30am to make our journey south in to Malaysia. Not an easy thing when you have had no sleep and have a carrier bag full of 15 Singha beer cans for the journey. I remember waking up a few hours later in a different mini van to the one we started in and near the border to Malaysia, The border crossing would have to be the easiest one done so far including Australia. Koh Tao is definately really cool, i loved the accomodation we got her as it was next to the pier and had star movies and HBO in our room..lol Pretty much chilled out in Koh tao and used it as our base, unfortunately i could not get my diving stuff sorted here as my foot was being mended up. All we did was use it as our base for the other islands but i did manage to see koh nguyan gan which is this cool little island just off koh tao. looks like it ...
