Hi All just a quick message to let you know all is well Ive now reached Durban its a good way up the coast.

keep your messages coming I really look forward to reading them I have not had many emails on here from you all with your addresses after loosing my book if you want post cards send me your address?

Any way cant think of to much to say as Ive slowed down on the activities a bit now so nothing to report. Although cant seem to stop the drinking perhaps that is a activity I will have to stop soon have to realise its not a 2 week holiday in Spain. dont think I can drink for 12 months or I might need to buy a new liver in Asia lol.

Speak to u all soon miss you loads but now the days have warmed up here there is enough to keep me occupied.
