Mike C-NJ: From my little and/or inacingfiisnt experience with sweat tests, the hydration needs are going up sharply with the increase in temperature. For example, I need to replace at least 70-75 oz per hour when it's about 80 degrees. I don't even want to think what would happen in 100+ degrees The real trick is, if I drink just water at that rate my body does not assimilate it too well, so I neet to get sodium as well. When I didn't play it well I've experienced cramps. You know your body the best, but if you had only 100oz instead of 160oz needed (that's almost 4 pounds difference) and on top of that you were lacking electrolytes / other minerals you got pretty close to cramping, and that's the damage you feel the next day. End of lecture, I'm just humbly guessing, since I had similar problems.May the soy sauce be with you! Radu
