Great stories & pictures, I'm glad your enjoying the food. You guys stimulated dreams of travel for us. I do have one question - on the jumping pictures how do you get such height, thinner air, hidden trampoline, trick photography? Enjoy the ride and watch out for jellyfish.

P.S. I meant to tell you I completely agree with you on the bullfight! And you would be surprised to know how many Spaniards are actually against the tradition themselves. A lot of it has to do with their incorpartion into the EU...after that, western values kind of looked down on it as cruel and inhumane (which it is). But yes, it is not as prized a tradition as it once was...but it still remains popular (as I'm sure you saw). I refused to go to one when I was there, but I think it is good you experienced it.

Haha - I loved your post about Madrid. I promise you that the food is really good...you just have to know where to look and what to get. I am the pickiest eater ever, but there is some wonderful healthy (ungreasy anyway) food available! Definitely go for some tortilla espanola or empanadas.
Anyway, hope you are enjoying Spain. I wish I was leaving to go back there now instead of september...we could have met up! Enjoy Malaga, and if you get a chance, head over to Gibraltar...its pretty neat. :-) Espero que todo vaya bien! Keep up the good work with the posts!

Man nick you are just too picky of an eater, Spanish food is good! How is it in Spain since Spain just won Euro, is it crazy? Are people still celebrating? Sorry i have not written you soon, this is the first day that i have had internet since i got back from Australia. But seriously Kelly make sure he does not die. And Nick, man up and try new foods, thats what i had to do down there, and now I love all sorts of different foods that i thought that i would never like! By the way how was Barca?
It looks like you two are having a blast, i wish i could go to Europe and do the same things that you two are doing! Take care and now that i have internet ill for sure write you guys more often!

Hey guys!
My mom is right - we want to hear about your favorite spots so we can make sure to hit them up! Let me know if you figure out how to work around that meat problem :) Enjoy the sun!

Count me on the request for captions! I loved your first ones because of the captions. I bet you are really whetting Julie and Bryan's appetite for Spain. They are going there on their honeymoon!
I sure am enjoying your sharing ... do something you've never done before tomorrow, ok?
love,

HOLA AMIGOS! Estoy contenta que os gusta mucho Espana pero la comida alli es muy differente no? The food takes several months to get used to. I promise there are some great things out there though. Try Tortilla Espanola or Patas Bravas.
I am glad to see that you are having a wonderful trip. Your pictures are great, and the ones from Spain make me miss that place a ton. I can't wait for more!
LOVE. -Katie (Ee, Kath)

Ahhhhh, come back.
Just kidding, looks like you guys are having too much fun. I would not be surprised if you decided to stay there forever..or longer than planned. As much as I would love to have you back, San Rafael's got nothing on Paris! If you see Little Chef from Ratatouille, tell him I say Halo!
Ciao!
Nic, Dan And Hadley
Hi Guys -

I agree - write a little something - like train off the track - stuck in ??? Flying in the air - became a Spanish dancer...... Maybe if more people write on the message board - you'll feel more loved and missed and inspired to write stories and captions (hint hint)
Heather
You know me, I'm always making suggestions...One small word caption to let us know where the lovely pictures are taken would be grand. I know you are on a tight schedule....and the internet cafes are not that much fun.
