Sucre is the judical capital of Bolivia. Such a lovely city. We spent a week there just chilling out, eating in places not too different than home (including one really good chinese meal) and enjoying the weather. It doesn´t feel very Bolivian but it is so there, its ok to mooch like tourists for a week and not be challenged too much. It is clean, pretty and friendly. Arghh the salt flats tour was grand and the title doesn`t do it justice really. We took a four day tour from a place in the south called Tupiza, from there we travelled through mountains, saw red and green lakes, geisers (spell check coming!), slept in the coldest places ever, had snow, celebrated my 30th and finally the salars of Uyuni, salt flats. Hello from Mendoza. Check out this pic, again not one of ours (im still too scared and Lee's camera has decided to not charge, useful!) but it does pretty much reflect the scenery here.
