Hello everybody

Hope you're all well. We have had the most intense few days. Since we left you in Bangkok, we have crossed the Thai/Cambodian border, driven the bumpy, pothole ridden Cambodian roads, seen the poorest of the poor, explored the temples of Angkor, fed some beautiful Cambodian kids and rode on an elephant.

After a gruelling 12 hour wait in Kuala Lumpur airport, we finally arrived in the beautiful islands of Langkawi, Malaysia. Today we have celebrated Niamh's 23rd birthday by lazing around in the sun and swimming in the warmest waters we have ever experienced. Tonight will be a night of cocktails and lovely Malaysian food.

We leave Langkawi on Wednesday morning and fly up to Phuket for more beaches, sun and possible snorkling. We will be in touch then.
