What do you do when you only have 48 hours in Paris? You do everything quickly! Today started with fresh croissants from a small bakery on our street. Amazing! We then, sadly, had to spend about 2 hours on the internet and at a train ticket travel agency figuring out our next couple of days. But after that we hit the town. Today was a day of good and bad. Amsterdam is beautiful and there are amazing things to see, but its not called the city of sin for nothing... i got pick-pocketed! Luckily I took the advice off all the travel books and kept things in multiple places, so all I lost was about $150 american, my US medical insurance card, and my california drivers license. all replaceable.
