I'm happy to say that today's journey to the termini with my luggage was much much smoother. It took me 10 mins to get there and within 15 mins I was on my train! I splurges and went for first class, it's so luxurious :). My stupid heavy bag will not fit anywhere, luckily I can cross my legs on my chair and put it in front of me....hopefully no one wants to get by! Train leaves in 5 mins and I'll be in Firenze by 12:50, an hour and a half ride.

To tuckered to write much tonight but I visited the Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basilica today. Climbed 800 stairs to the very top of the dome! It was amazing. I will put up pictures and write more tomorrow (it was museums and church so get ready for lots of statue and building pictures :)!! I leave early to catch the train to Firenze to get to my apartment! Ciao Coly

On my way to Vatican city! On the metro right now, surprised I get service! This Italian phone service is way better then att! As far underground as I had to walk to get on line A I probably could have been to the basilica by now! It was a maze with millions of up and down stairs. I love the metro though and feel right at home, so metropolitan :) More when I get to the holy land!

Buonasera! Well I never it made it to Vatican City today.... My heart was stronger than my legs yesterday and I over did it. I woke up today and felt like I had been hit by a truck!
