I can't believe it was 13 in the van this morning. Everyone slept well. Looking forward to climbing today. A few practice lead routes to get my confidence up now.

After being defeated by the rock coffee and cake was in order. Makes everything better

First thing in the morning we went and had a coffee at heikos. His dog arron is amazing. Half German shepherd half husky, 9 years old and slowing down just like arch. We went back to a previous visited place to do some more routes but tired arms and legs were getting the best of stu so we changed tactics and met up with Petra to do some more bouldering. A better end to the day.

We met up with Heiko in a very cool cave that he has built up several first ascent and many more to come. It was so amazing to watch him, how he manages to hold himself from 1 finger holds swing his legs round and still carry on. The gorilla like stature is definitely well deserved. I really don't know where these last few weeks have gone. Kinda disappeared into a hot blur. But we finally left Frankfurt and came here the Expomotor home place with a fairy tale like outlet centre for the night. Apart from being super busy with huge motor homes dwarfing us it has been pretty good. We were trapped inbetween 2 motor homes that were so luxurious we felt suffocated.
