Friday the 13th interesting Anyway a lovely day so we head ibto town to have a walk by the river and then dinner. Half a kilo of steak cooked myself on a lava stone and I now literally can not move. The heaving restaurant with an extraordinary atmosphere off the old square in town was just as good as I remember it. Sharing tables eating copious amounts of meat and alcohol flowing. My glamourous life has definitely taken a turn for the worse waiting in a dodgy back alley laundrette. I am waiting for Dot to offer me a cuppa. I have managed to wifi hitchhike so not so bad. The weather today has been so odd. Pour down one minute take dogs out starts again so get wet. Sun out dry off. Rain again and freezing cold get wet. Sun out start to sweat so hot then a little drizzle.

As it is absultuly freezing we decided to have a nice up hill bike ride first thing and then head for the climbing hall. A slightly strange place but good hot chocolate and hot showers. My arms are definitely still aching from the other days climbing. Paying the price now.
