We've arrived in Bangkok, still on English time, so we've been awake half the night and asleep all day! got up about 3 hours ago, and have come to Khao San Road where all the other backpackers are. Today we leave for our six month journey around the world! We'll be flying down from Manchester to Heathrow this afternoon, then on to Bangkok, Thailand later on tonight.

Tonight was our leaving party in the Priory. Sue came up from Huddersfield, was great seeing her again, don't see her often enough. Mucho vino was consumed, we ended up in Modo in town, there was lots of tears (mainly from Nat), then we went en masse to Kate's new prestigious pad and ate pizza and spag bol (well done Anna!) Not a bad night, but can't remember most of it!
