Right, we've arrived in London, with a few minor challenges, however all is well at the moment, as Mos had a pint and I have a prosseco... After landing at gatwick at 1.30, we have only just managed to get to our hotel- not the one we thought we were headed to though... Boxing Day in Glasgow- we headed into town on the train for a day of shopping and sampling the local beer and wine!! Our first stop was the horseshoe bar- a warm and cosy, male dominated typical Glaswegian pub- recommended by my dad- an old stomping ground for him! So it was awesome to spend some time in there, soaking up the vibe and listening into the lilt of Glasgow voices, jokes and laughter... We are just loving this place! So, we've just had Christmas dinner with the family, how amazing to spend such a special day with special people that have been so far away for so long... Even more special is that things slot right into place, as if no more than a week has gone by... Mos and I are feeling so much a part of things and been so spoiled by everyone, how good is life!!? Tomorrow the plans are to see my nana in the morning, then training it into Glasgow to go and spend the Santa loot ...

So, we're all checked in and waiting to board our flight... Full and and originally we weren't seated next to each other, however that's all been sorted out now, thank goodness! A gorgeous morning to be flying out of Perth, clear blue sky, about 25 degrees- life is good!! Super excited about nearly being on our way... There's the boarding call... Singers here we come!!!
