We got off to an early start the next morning, in the road by 6.40am and it was still very dark so we kept an eye out for cows and kangaroos. It was only half an hour to the border and with a bit of cloud building up over night we watched a beautiful NT sunrise. The terrain was much the same as yesterday, with a few large rocky boulders appearing to give us a taste of the days destination.
