Morton's Adventures
Off to an early start on a cold, foggy winter morning. With a big driving day ahead it was good to see the fog start to clear by the time we got to Dubbo to a clear sunny day.
A bite to eat with the Big Bogan at Nyngan then straight roads through to Cobar for a fuel and water top up.
The day dragged on after that with the long stretch from Cobar to Wilcannia seeing the temperature in the car being pushed if we stick to the speed limit which is why so many caravanners drive between 80km and 90km.
With the slower driving we pulled up at a roadside free camp about 120km East of Broken Hill.
