Pre-match build up

So a big G'DAY to this stopping point of Banality, half way up the road to Jolly Well Pointless. It's the Lorna-and-Mike travel blog, and by george, it will be such a non-event, you'll all be tuning in every week to see if it's got any better yet.

Our honeymoon! It's nearly here. Australia, with a stopping off point in South Korea. Blimey. We've been watching countless old episodes of Home and Away, learning as many Rolf Harris lyrics as we can, and holding Isabella upside down a lot. Our preparations at acclimatising are going well.

We've taken the liberty of breaking the rules and regulations of the data protection act and shoved you on this mailing list, whether you like it or not. It will ping updates of our travels to you whenever we add a new blog entry We haven't remotely asked your permission to do this, so it's essentially spam. However, we'll try to blend in with other spammers by also offering you a large inheritance from this west African Lieutenant fella who recently died (your bank details and mothers' maiden name will seal the deal), and the chance to buy some cut-price little blue pills whilst you're here.
It's currently Wednesday evening, and we're flying out Saturday night, arriving in Australia on Monday morning (thus we have the interesting situation of Sunday being even more of a non-event than it normally is).
