Hi Mike and Amy we have tried to put picks on of Xmas and New year Steve not sure if on OK .  Happy New Year to you both it looks like you had a good time loved the xmas decs.  We all missed you over the celebrations but we will make up for it when you come home. Mike keep Amy off those special cookies she looks wasted in those pics. All of us are ok Andy got drunk xmas day and made us all laugh Aaron and Amy still argue all the time Maria had 2 bacardi breezers at new year then couldn't see straight had to get her on the soft drinks then . Sam and Jasmin were trying to get alcohol sat in dining room sneeking cans ( blame the parents my self) .  Anyway this is just a short message from us we have tried to get on comp Aaron won't let us very often. It is new years day evening and Steve is suffering with a hang over he is just like a window licker plodding around the house tongue lolling to one side he can only answer in one sylabol answers. Still nothing new there. Anyway lots of love to you both Happy new year speak to you soon love mum and steve.

Have just discovered this. If you have not already done this do it now.

On the map on the home page click on 'View full map'. This in itself is great - it shows you everywhere we have been on this trip.

Click on 'Hybrid' and zoom in on Brisbane - at the moment its the yellow flag. Keep the yellow flag in the centre of the screen everythim you zoom in.

As soon as you see the sign for South Brisbane move the map upwards until you find Ashgrove.

Zoom in with Ashgrove in the centre of the screen. As soon as you find Ashgrove Avenue look along and find Newmarket. Zoom in once more and you should see Ashgrove Avenue meeting Enoggera Road. There is quite a large quarter circle shape area on the bottom side of Ashgrove Av. Thats our campsite. There are 3 big silver roofs vertical. Next to them are 3 smaller black roofs vertical. Then 2 black roofs, also vertical. Go down that row until you get to a massive tree. Our tent is under that tree!!

 In Stanthorpe, the map doesn't go in quite so far, but we are staying on High Street. The flag isn't quite set on Stanthorpe, but High Street goes North out of Stanthorpe. The site is past Amosfield road, and is just about where 'High Street' is written before you get to New England Highway.

Hi Amy, Happy Christmas from all your Guide friends in Gloucester, hope you are ok and enjoying your adventure. It sounds as though you have discovered the slight differences with aussie food, still it will guarentee that you will come home. Thought to keep you cool, remember the bottom hall of the community centre! that should work.
