Hello everyone! Had a good sleep although it was cold this morning!! Didn't start work till 8!! Picking grapes - do this till about 12! As Friday is usually our day off Alf gives everyone the arvo off!! Alright for everyone else but not much to do for me and Simone! Gonna do some washing! Whoop maybe a power walk??!!!

Up nice and early!!! Off apple picking again! Walk all the way down to the apples ..... They are too wet so back to the caravan for another tea! Head back to apples and crack on! Going so slowly!! It's so boring ! Glad I have my radio with me today!! Spend the day listening to the radio and enjoy the sun ha ha! Filled 7 bins but faster yay!! Picking grapes tomorrow! Fingers crossed !!! A very cold morning! Get up ready and waiting for everyone to turn up for work! Pretty much get flung off the back of the tractor due to Simone driving! Decide to walk! Thought we were picking grapes today but we are picking apples instead which means the dreaded ladders!! Off we go! 8 hours later we have filled 7 bins and Simone has managed to fall off the ladder plus I'm covered in numerous bruises and cuts we are done!! More picking tomorrow ! Oh joy! Cook ve...

Soooooooooooooo cold!! Do not want to get out if sleeping bag! Ahh and now it's started raining! Manage to get up and to the loo in the rain! Have breakie and coffee! Rain is coming down so it doesn't look like we are working again!! Gonna heat up my hot water bottle and get back in my sleeping bag

It's been pouring down all night! Watched the f1 at around midnight seeing as I was up! More excitingly though I was excited to see if we had caught the mouse! Woke up around 6 am! Yup we got it! It's still alive though stuck in the trap!! I take a photo and make a run for the loo! It's still pouring down! We are meant to start work at eight but if it carries on like this we won't be!! Re heat my hot water bottle and jump back in to bed! Ahhh nice!! Wake up again...
