So I came to BsAs to strengthen my relationship with God, to develop a better understanding of my purpose, and to study Spanish. Our presentation today was alright. I still get self-conscious when I speak the language which makes me stutter and mumble. Tonight, I saw a movie in Spanish, French & English, with Spanish subtitles accompanying the last two. My mind was blown. It was an independent film/documentary exploring a family of pianists and one daughter...

Class was nice. Our presentation is tomorrow & I just want to sleep. My mentor and I met today ^___^ I'll finish this later. Gotta get ready for tomorrow.

Our adventure in Colonia was beautiful. The quaint little town was the best getaway for a group of tired young adults. It contrasted nicely with the fast-paced lifestyle of BsAs. We arrived by ferry. A huge ferry. There was a full store on the first floor lol. I think I'd like to live near a body of water one day. It's refreshing. Our first stop in the country (after immigration of course) was the dock. On the way there, we passed a gang of dogs chasing another...

GUYS. I am in Buenos Aires. This really is a beautiful city. It's a sad beauty though. You want more for it than it seems to want for itself (as a whole). Everyone is so passionate about what they want. It's just that everyone wants something different. It'll all work out though :) We took a group trip to Museo Evita this evening. (Google Eva Peron) it was quite nice. Also, my mom made empanadas for dinner. WIN. Tomorrow we head to Uruguay! ^_^

God truly works in mysterious ways. Today was quite an adventure. I feel okay about my midterm. I went to meet my mentor for mate, but I ended up in another city lol. We are rescheduling our meeting. I'm pretty exhausted. Good night, all.
