Just seen your photos, i'm going mad for the fish! Sounds like the strikes are keeping the trip schedule interesting, sounds like over here - lots of teaching / petrol strikes. I'm back from Thailand and also had a few monkey experiences. we went sea kayaking and i ended up giving a monkey a lift for 10 minutes! Alex is sick in bed, he was supposed to be doing a half marathon today but instead he's trying to use a half marathon's worth of tissues! He also has a message for Chris - "where is my f*cking rucksack?!". Hope you didn't loose anything too valuable? Have a great time on the rest of your tour, you lucky things you!! Alhen xxx

Discovered a new curry house in swindon which is really good, and been there so much they know stella by name! popped into rudi's and the pub was celebrating it's 21st birthday - think they guy in there celebrating his 40th must have felt pretty gutted! off to see jack and ismani later today when the builders have finished drilling the hell out of my walls. Alex says he likes cider, and hopes the uncultured natives in BA know and love the cider. Take care amigos. Helen & Alex. xxx

Happy Easter guys! Well it's looks really grey and drab where you are, you must be very disappointed! The idea of only being able to eat steak must be very upsetting! Photos look amazing, you must be loving it. Good luck the spanish, though we think hand signals are still the way forward. It's Mike's birthday today, think he had a big one on Saturday. The Goonit did a 22 mile practice run for the marathon, mental! We've just got back from a subzero temperature walk on the Ridgeway, the idea of 85 degrees sounds good! Work's s***, though at least it's a 4 day week. Off to get a curry now. Have lots of fun. Love Al and Helen xxxx
