Hi All We'll come back to Christmas & New Year in Australia another time - just to say they were awesome! We've just had our first day in Vietnam and we had to tell you about it! We arrived off the plane last night and got in a cab to our hotel. Basically the traffic in Ho Chi Minh City never stops so everyone continues with their journey several inches apart! The road is covered with cars, mopeds, cyclists and pedestrians with no obvious lanes to follow...

Has it really been two weeks since we last got in touch!?! We've done so much since then! We headed to Dream World & Water World later in the week of 8th Dec. It's a theme park with a few really good rides and a great water park. Unfortunately the day was cut a bit short because a lightening storm came over - I guess the prospect of everyone getting electricuted in the pool was a good reason to close! So, the Australian adventure so far... We flew to Uluru for an overnight stay at the resort about 10 miles from the rock. Unfortunately we arrived too late to do an afternoon tour but we'd already booked a sunset trip with a romantic meal under the stars which we were looking forward to.
