Hello! Well we finally made it to Koh Tao island and it was really worth the journey. We left Bangkok last night at 7.30 on another overnight bus. Again, no sleep even with the aid of 'sleeping tablets' (they were probably paracetemol or something). We had been told that the bus would arrive in Chumphong at around 5.45am and we would only have to wait about an hour for our ferry journey to the island. Hello everyone! We're back in Bangkok now but not for long which is good because it's roasting here! It's 10am now and already 36 degrees and absolutely no breeze. We took a night bus from Vientiane in Laos over the boarder and back in to Thailand. This bus was much better than the bus we took in Laos and had reclining leather seats. Immigration was pretty easy, the bus drops you off and you get your passport stamped and then get back on to the bus again. Simple...
