OLA !! from Barcelona..we are in our third day here and having a good time, even though the weather isn´t great, sunny in the mornings and rain in the afternoon and evening !! Have walked for miles seen all the sites, went to the Nou Stadium this afternnon, bought Barcelona shirts for Dan and Jono !! Hotel is good, food fantastic and we are going shopping tomorrow.... Mataus, it seems the rolling beaches and pure shores of Cambodia, are begginnig to rival the unspoilt beauty of Loughborough Universty. My view of pitches and campus life does not seem to compare to the immaculate beaches that you wake up too. However, it may so happen that I am surrounded my more foreigners than yourself, and subjected to a wider variety of languages than you may hear on your entire journey. From Chinese to South African, Tunisian to 'Northerners' they all reside in this complex society. You'll be glad to hear I have followed your influence and taken up Kung FU and this little beasting session known as the 'Hour Of Power' consisting of an hour straight twice a week whereby repitition and full body exercises are the name of the game. You never know next time we meet, i may have the better body, minus the deep tan and undoubtably stupid hair. Anyway enough rambling, keep having fun, I know I will, thats presuming i survive my first HOUR OF POWER!!!!! (Insert crazy over the top voice here!)

revenge will be sweet mr.hair. at a quality beach town at the mo, nice town, then u haed outa town to the beach and get to these awesome huts that im staying at... beach is a bit slanted so footy opportunities slightly poor as its not so far between the trees and the sea..but thats the only fault with the beach, pretty perfect! although yesterday after the rains had gone and the blue skies were back out, there was a bit of debrie from the hills but hey cant complain.

Fantastic Postcard from Cambodia...I have been showing everyone and we are all very jealous - it sounds wonderful, and very "different" not sure I could have coped well with the 18 hour journey on a wrecked bus to get there though !! I think if I had taken that long to get there I would stay longer too !! DJ Mataus... has a ring to it !! On the money we gave you at the airport you could live out there for a year !!!
Went to see our new addition last night !! She is adorable - and whatever Harris says she isn't a replacement for my darling boys !! she is very fat and a true "Andrex" puppy !! Still no name...
Work is very dull at the mo, maybe I will risk it all and take off myself !! Still someone has to keep your brother in beer money at Uni !!!Ad is loving it up at Loughborough and sounds like he may even be doing some work - well he is attending lectures anyway !!!
Dad and I are off to Barcelona on Wednesday, looking forward to it - will send you photos on the email.

SALUT my native cambodian friend! Sounds like the trips been pretty cool so far! whats this about a new pup?? i reckon its to make up for losing two sons to travelling and uni! lol. neways good to hear that the bagder got away safely. not sure about that castle fortress though, mite be a bit tricky somewhat. hmm, never mind, atleast youv still got that old mango tree to fall back on! just kidding! godam harris and hais tangents about absolutely nothing in particular. sounds like a good name for an album 'Absolutey Nothing in Particular'. hmm, rememeber u heard it here first! Im tres bored at work atm, so filling my time up with random paraphrases and lost stories to keep myself and you amused. Played footie last nite against the colemans team. It was an amazin game and we drew 3-3! I was in goal, and i gave away a penalty in the first minute! godam! made up for it though with about 5 amazing saves, curled 2 onto the bar aswell! usual harris shaky start, but got better as the game went on! mastered the art of one on ones finally me thinks, with a great double save towards the end! And their last goal that made it 3-3 was a blatant handball on their part. i hate injustice! but we played amazing passing football, but lacked that guile up front. shame really, cos they lost their way a little, we just couldn't make that final breakthrough. neways, better to draw than lose! Goin to bourneo tomoro after hockey, gona meet all the new people etc! lol.. prob hit the town as soon as i get there n see where the nite takes us!

Now we are left with those terrible lettuce munching rodents scowling the land for meat. pests. i prefer a light snack in the morning myself, but in Cambodia they like to eat in the dark, preferably once the mice are asleep. Iv heard strange stories. Badgers, wild boars, rats. neway, as the blind woman said to the elephant " you may be big and heavy, but i still can't see you!" so make yourself known, dont assume people can see who u are, meet and greet and enjoy the spices of life. amen
