6:30 wake up, Brothers Day Festival, breakfast at nice cafe in Thamel, Indian consulate to arrange Visas for David, Emily and Kevin, Garden of Heaven, Tourism Office to arrange Annapurna Trekking Permits (closed), lunch at sandwich shop on Freak St, back to guest house. Sick :(.

Spent morning researching treks in Kathmandu Valley. Said bye to Sebastian, Margaret and Ludovic, Caught Bus 98 (Y1 20 mins) to West Inn hotel, shuttle bus to Kunming airport (Y25 1hr), (amazing airport, opened mid 2012 and is 4th largest in China), 2:25pm 3hr flight, arrived KMD 3:15pm, met David (Ireland), Emily and Kevin (Quebec) at airport, hilarious immigration guy, crazy taxi ride to Freak St, festival in town, searched for guesthouses (crazy again), twin r...
