So i have been at the monistary for about a week now. Everything is good...the place is really intense, but it in a suttle way. We wake up at 3:00am, and then go to bed around 9:00am... There is only 1 meal a day...and you know...that is the easy part. Americans eat too much!!! Lol... The rest of the day is spent in meditation and inner reflection. I took a trip to Ubon Ratchathani, sometimes people on vacation, need a vacation...lol. But I have meet some very awsome people here. One of them was a woman named Laura, from American, who's son is a Monk at this monistary, she is moving to Australia to become a Nun soon. Wow...that is intense...and every honorable at the same time. I am going to spend the next few days here, then maybe head off the Loas, or Cambodia, maybe go to some of the Islands and lay on the beaches. It is really up in the Air. Delsie and Racheal...E-Mail me so we can meet up... Maybe by the end of July??? Miss you girls...while I am meditating on "non-attachement" I keep on thinking about those Iced Coffees!!! Oh so dangerous! Oh in Thai iced coffee is "cafe yen" So bust that one out next time you go out. alright...i will leave a message soon. Miss you all dearly...but life is good here. Whenever I am not sure where to go next on my trip, I run into someone that helps guide me on my way! So i never feel alone here.
