So I haven't had an opportunity to send a blog since Colac. We set off towards Portland, staying up in a forest - Sawpit picnic area, funny little spot with lots of kids!
We thought we may have to be on the move because of all the kids running amok..... Not so and all quite lovely. Trips into and around Portland were filled with Alien type landscapes, basalt and scoria rocks- bizarre.
Then off towards Mt Gambier and Sth Australia , working our way towards Robe. Not a lot of anything to view as we were driving, so car cricket came in handy.
Robe is an interesting place, gorgeous limestone houses and great coastline.
We ended up finding Wrights bay camping area and decided instantly to stay for 5 nights, ready for our push towards Adelaide (col and davios)
