Given that this years NY resolution is to start the year healthy...good food, pilates each day by the pool, kayaking in the sea, more cycle rides and less booze I have so far managed this. This is precisely the noise that was going on inside my head this morning after last nights session on the Chang..at 6.4% it packs a punch. Thankfully today and I hope it will only be today has been a bit dreich. We have both been up on and off from 3.30am (only went to bed at 1.45am). Is it jetlag or has the excitement finally kicked in? Our bungalow is a stones throw away from the pool and the beach and now that the sun has finally risen I think we will be first on the beach.
