It is very, very hot!! Mummy and I walked to Rockley Gardens to play in the morning. I didn't meet any new friends but I had fun! When it got too hot, we went across the road to the library.

In the afternoon I helped mummy cook. We made lots of different food. We roasted pumpkin for the week. Mummy chopped and I mixed. I also snipped the spring onions and grated the zucchini for the pie. We had some pastry left so we pretended to be restaurant men. We will sell them to daddy when he gets home.
