Having trouble finding an internet terminal without sticky keys here in Monkey Mia! We did a tough 4 hour hike in Kalbarri National Park from Nature's Window (see pic above). Was very hot and more like a rock climb through the desert than a bushwalk!! In the last year or so, 2 people have actually died from heat exhaustion doing this walk! It was worth the pain though as the senery was amazing.

We then came close to running out of petrol in the middle of the outback but made it to a gas station on empty!

Today we have reached Monkey Mia after visiting the stromatolites in Hamelin Pool which are the oldest form of life (rock layers which produce oxygen) and allowed air-breathing organisms to evolve.

Once we arrived at our campsite (after narrowly missing hitting two emus running across the road!), we went on a cruise and saw a few dolphins and a beautiful sunset. Hope to see more dolphins tomorrow.
