So after the alpine crossing we headed to Wellington and a few days on my butt still hurts!!! The night we arrived we had a Halloween party where we all had to dress up which was good Craic. The next few days I went on a Lord of the Rings movie tour, the Te Papa museum on a cable car and just chilled out. The movie tour was cool, they brought us to different locations in the movies then had props to copy and take photos of the same scenes. We went to weta cave which is the company that does special effects for loads of movies including lord of the rings. Wellington had quite good weather which was great so the city looked so nice. I got a cable car up one of the hills which had a great view. Today we get the ferry to the south island where Emma us going to meet us and join the tour!
