Dear Lucy & Dan, Thank you for my birthday card, what a lovely surprise to get one from you in Aussie. thank you for remembering. I'm sorry I haven't been in touch but we have been very busy. How are you? I can't believe you are living in Sydney!!!! - I used to live there!! boohoohoo... But glad you have a job again (ha!). Im sat at work now - v.busy as usual - looking through all your photo's.

If you have a chance, go to Coogee - Coogee Bay Road was where we lived - in the apartment block between thw Wizard of Oz and the other backpackers - and the clothes shop opposite, Thom Quigley was where I used to work!

Still planning my big get-away although I still have no money! Had a lovely night out on Sat for Ro, Bec & Hannah's birthdays - you were missed... anyway, better pretend to be working.

Hi Lucy & Dan, We have just got back from our ten days holiday touring bits of Italy and although we saw lots of lovely sights they were always full of people. Wonderful for you to have an empty landscape. Venice was sinking under cruiseliners full of people who were rushing off to crowd every available piazza, castle, cathedral, square and bar!!! We did manage a gondola ride but even that had traffic jambs. Glad you are having such a good time and have found a place to pitch for a few weeks. Photos are wonderful. Keep safe. Love & xxx's.
