This is the view outside my door this morning, the mo'tel is built on this crazy hill, and it is raining for real. I check the weather channel and Missouri Doppler on the web and find there are bands of thunderstorms moving towards the south east out of the Gulf. Got up early and started watching the weather channel, also web doppler radar for the area showing rain fall predictions. Left about 1030 with a plan to turn north about 20 miles down the road, just inside of Louisiana. I ended up on a bone straight agricultural road that was just the way I like 'em; smooth new asphalt scarcely traffic'ed. Louisiana is broken up into parishes, not counties, and there are a great many churches all around, and bordering this road....

I had a great night last evening, I caught up my KSC blogs, and then caught up all the way this morning. I was done around 1000 so I left a wee bit early today, at about 1030 and it was sunny and warm. I continued on my quest for a sewing kit to fix my wardrobe malfunction.
