just arrived, exhausted, no sleep again last night! Just been to see the wild Orangutans! of Borneo WOW!!! what an amazing experience, the mothers with babies were less than 6 feet away from me! and even saw the dominant male which is a whopping 120kg!!!! Just arrived! Got off the plane and it even 'smelled' like KL, odd that eh? I think it's because there is such a large indian population here yo can smell indian food all the time. My hostel is right in the centre and I can even see the big 'petronas' towers above from it! Arrived eventually on the over night bus here in Mui Ne, I can't believe I never came here before it's gorgeous (truely) and no rain! Met some lovely people on the bus so will probabaly spend a few days here with them before heading off (or at least trying to!) to go to Borneo! i need to get some serious planning done as i did a serious amount of shopping in Hoi An and REALLY don't want to lugg it around Borneo! now the plan is where to spend new year? Arrived by a terrible night bus here from hanoi, but i love this place so it doesn't matter, christmas eve was brilliant and the staff here all recognised me at the hotel. tried to go to the beach today for Pictures in our bikini's and santa hats but it started to rain when we set off, so went for a cuppa and to have some clothes tailored instead, before heading off out for dinner with everyone from halong Bay!

This was an amazing few days on halong bay! the group on our boat were brillaint and ended up spending christmas with them! teh best bit was kayaking along halng bay at sunset :-D one of the highights of my trip do far! Breath taking :D
