these women were brought over from Burma, the place where this picture taken is horrible as its just like a zoo! all these women with the rings around their necks spend their days weaving whilst tourists take pictures of them, they spend their days stoned by chewing on beetles they find on the floors. This lifestyle is considered much better than the life back in Burma as in Thailand they have access to medical care, schools and are safe
