Day 8 - 21st Watson Lake - Dease Lake 236 km

Stewart Cassier Highway

It had rained all night so I had a late get up, also spent the morning sending trip reports while I had the chance.
It had finally come time to change the rear tyre. The mechanic at the gas station changed it with hand tools for only $10 and he also gave me a second hand front tyre for nothing, it may come in handy.

A short trip today to Dease Lake RV Park. Camped next to another rider heading up north, he gave me some good tips for routes through the US.

The roads were finally starting to suit motorcycling and the scenery was fantastic. There are still to many road works.
