8th Feb - we left Rotorua at around 11am and headed to towards Tongariro National Park and Taupo - the adventure capital of the North. We stopped on the way to check out Huka falls. 6th Feb - we left Hot Water Beach early and headed to Paeroa which is called "World Famous in New Zealand". 4th Feb - da da da... it was finally time to leave Paihia and boy couldn't we wait! 1st Feb - We got onto our first ever Kiwi Experience bus to head to Paihia (Bay of Islands), which is slightly north of Auckland. We'd heard some really good reviews about the Kiwi bus, so we couldn't wait to get onboard and wait for the fun to begin! When we boarded the bus, we met our first driver. 30th Jan - We had a good flight to Auckland, stopping off at Sydney airport on the way. We arrived in Auckland about 1am and caught a bus to our hostel which mummy Edge kindly booked for us.
